Flow Planner™ was derived from over five years of joint University and Industry research at The Logistics Institute, partly funded by The National Science Foundation. Using an array of algorithms, Flow Planner™ analyzes demand, volumetrics, and cost information to calculate the most cost efficient bin size for a required service level within the physical space limitations. Flow Planner™ utilizes both two-bin and min/max reorder point logic. It also recommends the most cost effective flow path: Direct Dock to Point-of-Use (Vendor direct delivery), Stockroom or Reserve to Point-of-Use, and traditional kitting. It reduces or eliminates kitting in many cases, and reduces dependency on forecasts. With the visual pull signals and simplicity of Flow Planner™, management is freed to concentrate on those items that truly require personal attention.

It is a decision support system with real-time inventory visibility that enables the logistics professional to expertly manage the movement and storage of all materials within a facility. MEASURE thru Metrics Advantage
 
Metrics Advantage™ is a data warehouse and reporting tool designed to help the modern logistics manager assess a DC’s performance, provide root cause analysis, and track processes to ensure the DC stays in control anytime from anyplace. This allows the modern logistics manager to monitor DC performance and analyze any location. Data captured from a WMS is interfaced to the application allowing it to provide information on a number of fronts.
